This is the overall nineteenth chapter for the 2nd Year arc of You-Zitsu manga series.
Summary[]
The chapter opens with Sudō and Hōsen exchanging punches. Meanwhile, Horikita voices her confusion about Hōsen's motives. Nanase clarifies that second-year students are familiar with the previous year's events, while first-year students are more knowledgeable about the current governing system.
Nanase then recounts how several first-year class representatives were summoned to the student council room to receive a briefing from President Nagumo himself. The student council will allow more freedoms than before to make the school more of a meritocracy. The new president will not be as strict as previous ones when it comes to fighting.
During a fight between Sudō and Hōsen, Hōsen suddenly drops his guard and tells Sudō that Horikita looks very angry with him. Sudō turns his head, but it's too late, Hōsen has already hit him. Sudō is unable to get back up after the strike.
Horikita attempted to defeat Hōsen, but he easily beat her and demanded five million points to partner up with him. After Horikita questioned whether he was serious, Hosen turned to face Ayanokōji. Horikita shouted for Ayanokōji to run and call a teacher. Hōsen warned that Sudō's and Horikita's injuries would be worse if he decided to follow through.
Ayanokōji reflects on Hōsen's actions over the past week and concludes that he does not believe Hōsen is willing to risk expulsion. He wonders what Hosen hopes to gain from his actions.
Hōsen presents Horikita with two options: either she agrees to his terms and hands over five million points, or he will kill Ayanokōji. Hōsen continues to intimidate Horikita with the knife after which he turns around and starts walking towards Ayanokōji, questioning what makes Ayanokōji so special.
In the last second, Nanase steps between them and shouts 'Please stop!'
