"Arisu Sakayanagi's Everyday: Behind the Scenes of the End of Term Exams Chapter" (坂柳有栖の日常―期末試験の裏側編―, Sakayanagi Arisu no Nichijō ―Kimatsu Shiken no Uragawa-hen―) is a short story released within Greatest Novels ALIVE '17summer, the appendix booklet for Monthly Comic Alive October 2017 issue. It was later compiled into the sixth volume of the You-Zitsu manga series.

Summary[]

Arisu is pondering about Kiyotaka's race in the Sports Festival, which makes her interested and excited. She then realises that she accidentally fell asleep in the library. After she awoke, Masumi Kamuro soon arrives and asks her if she felt lethargic. Arisu then teases her a bit by talking about her problems with Katsuragi, which makes Kamuro confused about Sakayanagi's real intentions. It was revealed that she was already waiting for Katsuragi, who soon showed up along with Inoue.

They discussed her strategy and how Katsuragi had led the class to a bad position. Arisu then offers him the position of as her right hand man, but he immediately refuses and then leaves hastily. Arisu knows that going forward, no one would oppose her in Class A and has submitted herself as the indispensable mastermind of the most powerful class.

Lastly, Arisu tells Kamuro to watch Kiyotaka Ayanokōji closely. Kamuro was confused at the sudden order and was insulted when Arisu told her that he was someone who was the same as her. She only goes back after Arisu mentions that she could utterly decimate her in a second if she ever decides to which cements her stand as someone who shouldn’t be opposed.
