Personality
Suzukake initially presents himself as a person only looking for money, being very loose with his use of honorifics. However, he also shows himself to be incredibly interested in the study of humans and their development. He is a dedicated researcher and puts research above all else, including ethics. He does not show remorse for the children who undergo he harsh curriculum of the White Room, only seeing their reactions as key for further research and development.[1]
Background
Suzukake lived abroad in the United States after completing his studies at the University of Tokyo. He was the top of his class, but did nothing after graduating, apparently using this time to do what he wanted to do and observe people.
