Yōkoso Jitsuryoku Shijō Shugi no Kyōshitsu e: 2nd Year Starter Book (ようこそ実力至上主義の教室へ 2年生編スターターブック, Yōkoso Jitsuryoku Shijō Shugi No Kyōshitsu e Ni-Nensei-hen: Sutātā Bukku) is the third guidebook for the You-Zitsu series, served as an introduction to the 2nd Year Arc. It was released on January 27, 2020 as an appendix booklet for Monthly Comic Alive March 2020 issue.
